About Our Services

Sacred Roots Healing provides shamanic healing and alternative therapy services as a registered NDIS provider. Our services are delivered by qualified practitioners and are offered as complementary therapeutic support.

Shamanic healing is a complementary therapy. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, or any other clinical intervention. NDIS Services

Services provided under the NDIS are subject to the NDIS Terms of Business, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and the NDIS Practice Standards. We will provide you with a service agreement outlining the specific terms of your NDIS-funded services.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes in duration
• We require 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate
• NDIS cancellation policies apply to NDIS-funded sessions

Confidentiality

All session content is strictly confidential except where we are legally required to disclose information (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, mandatory reporting obligations). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Consent

All healing practices require your informed consent. You may withdraw consent and stop a session at any time. For NDIS participants, we will obtain written consent before commencing services.

Practitioner Qualifications

All practitioners hold relevant certifications in shamanic healing practices and have completed additional training in trauma-informed care. All practitioners have current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and Working with Children Checks where required.
